1. About these terms
These proposed terms concern the use of LigaX to create and manage software, agents and workflows with AI assistance. They are a draft, not an effective agreement. The contracting entity, address, eligibility requirements and effective date must be confirmed before adoption.
2. Your account and workspace
Use accurate account information, keep sign-in methods secure and only access workspaces you are authorized to use. If you act for an organization, you should have authority to submit its information and connect its services.
Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Review workspace invitations and integration permissions carefully.
3. Responsible use
The proposed service rules prohibit unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorized access, malicious software, attempts to compromise service security and interference with other users.
Only upload or connect material you are entitled to use. Do not use the service to expose another person’s confidential information or credentials without authorization.
4. Your content and generated output
You should retain copies of important source material and review the rights attached to content you submit. The final agreement must define ownership and the limited permissions needed to process your content and provide the service.
AI output can contain errors, resemble other material or include third-party dependencies. Review generated code, licenses, security and suitability before relying on, distributing or deploying it. This draft does not guarantee exclusive rights in generated output.
5. AI assistance and review
AI-generated answers and code require human review. Test changes and verify factual claims. A successful run or a visible preview is not a guarantee that an application is secure, correct or ready for production.
Review plans, requested permissions and consequential actions before approving them. Professional, legal, medical or financial decisions require appropriate independent expertise.
6. Integrations and previews
External models, repositories and other connected services may apply their own terms and usage limits. You are responsible for checking the permissions you grant and the information involved in an integration.
A development preview is different from publishing a production release. Verify the destination, visibility and content before sharing an application or making it publicly accessible.
7. Plans and payment
Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes and usage-limit terms must be confirmed in the applicable plan or order information before a purchase. This draft does not introduce a price, free trial, refund entitlement or subscription commitment.
8. Availability and account closure
The final agreement must explain service availability, changes to features, suspension and termination rules, notice procedures and options for retrieving data when access ends. No uptime or permanent-storage guarantee is established by this draft.
9. Legal details to finalize
Governing law, dispute resolution, warranties, liability limits and any organization-specific terms require confirmation before these terms become effective. Nothing in this draft purports to waive rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The final version must also explain how material changes are communicated and how agreement is recorded. Viewing this draft does not itself create acceptance of a finalized contract.
